I have the same feeling, I think the next stage will be bringing on institutions to fund the development maybe not the shareholders (and dilution).
the company has great assets and its time to use the assets to develop themselves rather than shareholders trying to fund a development strategy.... I guess this is what GR is trying to do also, get everything in order to be able to utilise these other facilities, maybe partner up for the power stations... I would be looking closely at this as there maybe a strong partnership in the wind.
I am not too fussed, am sure that the benefits when production begins will trickle back to raise the SP
