But you know, the crazy thing is I've enjoyed the challenge more than most things in my life, and I'm in most respects anything but a gambler. Actually, thinking about it, I first got alerted to IFE by you on another forum. Well, you gave me a rare winner, so thanks. Just a pity I didn't see and act upon Thadius' recent tip-off a week ago to double my (meagre) money.

Perhaps others may care to answer this one: wasn't IFE's port amendment approval late last year conditional upon them having undertaken significant construction within 12 months? If so, I presume the approval will lapse by year's end, though with the new masterplan it may be irrelevant anyway.
