Excellent news. Energy Fuels feels half of the JV is worth a little over $200 million, so I don't see why the market shouldn't value Astron 51% the same. Also, it looks like funding for Astron is sorted too by a loan from EF! A few "conditions precedent" to navigate, but to me it looks like Donald is clearly now a goer and the NPV from the DFS becomes a more reachable target.
