Just to correct myself, I think I misread the announcement regarding the loan from EF. The $183 million is initially an interest free loan, and then gets converted to the 49% equity in the join venture. Astron will still need some debt from elsewhere, probably to the tune of about $100 million (51% of the remaining cost of construction after the $183 million).
