    At extreme levels passage is closed to everything including the 4000t barges used by all operators - however at these levels it could unload at Batu Tuhup and return to Krajan. Similarly at extreme low levels it won't make it to Krajan however existing 800t barges can smooth this. There will need to be some carefully accumulated operator knowledge over the first year of operation to maximise usage efficiency of the various vessels as well as planning to accumulate stock at the furthest ISM when the river is high and at Batu Tuhup and Krajan when it is low. Having 3 stock piles and two large barge loading points will give them a lot of buffer to maintain production and sales when the river conditions aren't favourable. Having the road upgrade will particularly mitigate the predictable dry season constraints. The few days of very high water per year are only predictable once short term rain accumulation is known.
