IVQ has to work with partners to get access to markets at least initially. I think nil setup cost and the €500 pretty much matching the cost of doing a test then splitting the EBIT is a good deal for a take or pay contract - that profit is locked in and you can see what it does for valuation. This is exactly the type of deal that needs to be done to get the ball rolling. Subsequent deals when acceptance and access is a given can be strongly in IVQ favour. Couple of years from now we could be doing 10k tests per month in China alone.
I say game changer and the first of many.

Agreed, @walkdontrun though not as optimistic as you, but as the saying goes; in for a penny, in for a pound so let's hope Steve can turn this turd around.
