Hi Sabine. Welcome aboard the BCK roller coaster. I got into Brockman in 2006 when it was still known as Yilgarn mining (YML) and have ridden the highs and lows over the ensuing 12 years. I think that too much time was wasted trying to force FMG to allow Brockman to access its railway instead of looking to options such as Min Resources. Anyway, with this mining junior nothing is ever guaranteed until the sods of dirt are being turned in the construction of the mine or railway.
I believe there is a lot of potential in Brockman because of the low mining costs due to the free dig nature of the detrital ore and that the finished product is over 60% with lowish impurities.
Brockman also has a 40% stake in Irwin Coglia which is a cobalt and nickel tenement near Laverton in WA. I believe they weren't looking to develop it but to sell their stake. Not sure what price they're hoping to get, but cobalt prices are pretty high at the moment due to its usage in electric vehicles.
