    1st. rail fight was with BHP.
    A Mr Luk of HK made Asia take over and achieved it by dubious means.
    We had to sell half holdings to them. 
    Most holders now could be like me, waiting for the shipping magnate to enhance his holdings.
    Now it may be happening, it's like a dream to me.
    gringokonyo has much more detailed knowledge of BCK than me.
    Good fortune for loyal holders.
