Yes, for the time being. It can be revisited if the Min Resources agreement falls over. Page 15 of the JV agreement announcement refers to the BBIG proposal and that it isn't as attractive as the Min Resources proposal re mining start up timeline. The BBIG proposal did have that stupidly long period to make a final investment decision although it seems they were prepared to make a decision much sooner. It would appear that BCK's management wasn't getting any sense that they BBIG proposal was going anywhere quick hence jumping into bed with Min Resources. As a long term BCK holder I applaud the decision to go with Min Resources to get things up and running sooner .
