Ann: Joint Venture Update , page-15

I was actually going to sell some this morning...this announcement came just in time. Not a big confidence booster...but a little bit of good news is better than no news. Still concerned about Vijay and what the story is with the funding - very odd. Are they taking advantage? My gut feeling is yes..it is India...NSL hasn't lived up to expectations and they now got NSL by the short and curlies. But I can hang around and hope NSL moves into the profitable range for me....
