Joe , I would assume that if there are big stake-holders on the board that there would be no way that the company could be bought for anything near the MC.
30% is a premium to MC that I have heard bandied about in the past. I'm unsure of the accuracy of this generalisation. Unfortunately, 30% wouldn't dig most of us out of this hole and my gut feeling is that it probably wouldn't be enough to excite the directors either. That said it would seem smart for Vijay to quietly snap up every cheap share it can during these troubled times.
NSL is lining up the ducks but it does seem excruciatingly slow. Pretty normal for ASX resources small caps ATM. (IMHO) .
I would give my eye teeth for just one of my speccies do something except plumb new depths....So frustrating.
