Whilst good to hear that we had a stockpile, etc so some $ coming in, and good to hear that the Vijay jv is moving along...

Still disappointed that NSL isn't sticking to its guns WRT the jv payment milestones. Usual ploy - promise some cash, then don't deliver - BUT - start the work (as this is on a paid basis - so no risk to Vijay), then don't pay anymore $ but ask for it to be extinguished from future profits.

If Vijay is such a large, esteemed co - surely it can pay the peanuts that we've negotiated - guess if they hold the cards and ask us to bend-over, we don't have much choice.

Just hope longer term we make sufficient so that it's all worthwhile.
