    re: Ann: Joint Venture with Broken Hill Prosp... I understand that MFC shareholders have been offered stock in the Broken Hill Prospecting IPO, has anyone here cast an eye over the prospectus ? Anythoughts ? I have subscribed and just trying to get a feel for the level of interest. The float has had some good press.
