It's just occurred to me as to the reason while there was no TH for the Joint Venture announcement.
It was released under both RIO and AZS asx codes. I thinking perhaps that a TH would have to occurred under both stocks codes in this situation. Since this announcement had no material impact on RIO, thus no TH was initiated.
Only a thought but it would explain why no TH occurred under AZS. I would expect this to be the case for all future announcements to do with the JV.
