MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT

Vista partners with Vinx Corporation to enter the Japanese market.

Vista Entertainment Solutions (VES), a company of Vista Group International,
has signed a distribution agreement with Vinx Corporation (Vinx), a leading
software services provider in Japan. The agreement is non-exclusive and
enables the sale and distribution of VES software in the Japanese market for
the first time.
Effective immediately, this is an exciting new development for VES, which
already has extensive business operations in the Asia Pacific region.
Based in Osaka, Vinx also has operations throughout the region; their
business has focused on supermarket and convenience store clients including
the design and development of point of sale (POS) systems that have an
indirect relationship to the core cinema management software expertise of
VES.  In addition, some of their clients have invested in cinema exhibition,
for example AEON, which is the largest Japanese cinema chain.
Vinx will introduce VES to cinema exhibitors from as early as this month with
the first VES customers in Japan not expected until 2016.
