    That’s true for AIS but my point is the market behaves erratically especially during tax time, just like how hotcopper user freaks out about the casualty in AIS mine and the countless discussion that happened in the forum in which the market ‘forgets’ once new news about HLX is published. The JORC is purely regulatory, the creme de la creme findings of RCP is to be announced. It’s a good buy in right now considering the number of exploratory projects they are currently undertaking and their management team.
