My biggest concern is why they raised $40m at $0.13 and did not offer the SPP. I get the SPP takes time etc but it's a bit of a slap in the face to retail investors to have done that vs management waiting slightly longer to raise the capital and having done so at a 50% higher price. The level of dilution is important to those passionate holders on here who want to maximise their return.
