Until there is something that is announced to the market confirming funding there is effectively none. Backroom conversations, whispers, rumours or brown paper bag deals alluding to funding mean nothing.
It's not me you have to convince that progress is heading in the right direction. I have no influence on your profit or loss, yet the market does. The market is still saying no, and without evidence will continue to do so. Oh, except for the leak a few days prior to the announcement, if there is an announcement.
The market is the only true measure for me.
