fredofrog, I know JG, having met him half a dozen times & spoken on the phone several times & I like the bguy. However I think his pay package for a company this size & that is not producing is well out of proportion. In fact he has really failed to get the gold mine up when prices were good. I'm not saying the man shouldn't be paid, but something circa $300k rather than $500k would be more appropriate until there is some success. I'm not negative on this company, quite the opposite in fact, however someone shouldn't be paid over the odds in advance of delivering, but as a reward for doing so, which is what share options are about!
