For the record I think this is a very positive move, I just don’t think the very low hurdle LTI’s are a good look. Let’s be honest they are just a token effort.
Hopefully Josef can persuade Heye Daun to come on board as CEO. He has literally just been there and done it over the last couple of years just down the road at Osino, is a Namibian local and would open a lot of doors in country. Give him all the free shares he wants.
