From my perspective, it is not unusual for WEB share price moves significantly, you can refer to large movements when there is a large purchase or sell, a few days later we receive a notice that a significant holder has changed
So when you take into account the election outcomes from the weekend and a significant flow of money towards the banks and the possible triggering of sell orders then the share price can quickly plummet. IMHO
