    Yes it looks like good value at the moment. Head and shoulders pattern may be coming to an end. It depends if the support which held in December 2014 is going to hold or if it has further to fall. Earlier in the year Motley Fool were going on and on about this stock.

    $7 or thereabouts is a key SUPPORT level on the long term chart

    the stocks a historically Volatile stock if u look and analyse the daily/weekly/MONTHLY range from the low to the high - its one of those stocks that offers High Volatility for Trading

    the Volatility here has ensured that the stock hit the lower end of the ATR range or the lower Bollinger band indicating that the stock is now 2 standard deviations away from the Average Price - meaning theres a LOW probability on the normal distribution for this to go Lower UNLESS theres something Fundamentally Wrong with the stock....if theres no FUNDAMENTAL change....it shldnt based on probabikliy go below these prices.

    Yes they've taken a bit of Debt, but the businesses theyre about to take over nationwide are PET stores - pet stores are DEMAND INELASTIC buffet tyope businesses ie even if theres a recession, ppl still need to feed/take care of their pets which are like kids..thus Demand for Pet products/services is more Inelastic

    The Return on Debt for Pet stores is thus far up till recent figures been 11pct post TAX - ie the return on their assets is good pre tax its like 16% or so return vs loan which is what 7%?? So these investments are decent investments and provide good returns on the DEBT

    Id imagine the businesses they took over and are planning to take over will provide a Good Return on Debt or Investment CAPEX! After all its PET STORES, which again are less sensitive to economy

    If they can manage their leases/property right and takeover businesses that provide good returns on the DEBT, then theres no problem;

    Its a BUY - the avg monthly Volatility can catapult it back to $8 if u look at the montly volatility ATR range; Its a Traders stock, but its also a good stock fundamentally.
