the company has failed to deliver on time on more than one occasion. Illucix?

im not suggesting these are all the companys fault but the comment i was replying to was about whether there was a value ascribed to therapeutics.

if there isnt its because the company has a poor track record of delivering on time .. like many in the sector

dec 2021.... After a comprehensive review process, an approval decision notification is expected to be provided no later than 23 March,2022.

At the Company’s request, Telix now has until 9 August 2022 to provide responses to the questions arising during the final stages of the regulatory review process,and which were received subsequent to the “clock restart” on 9 December 2021.It is currently the Company’s intention to deliver the additional responses to the DKMA by the 10 May2022

you seem to fail to recall that the august deadline was an extension and if i recall it was the companys decision to withdraw its application.

Telix Pharmaceuticals (TLX) has withdrawn its application to market its Illuccix product in Europe
This comes after the Danish Medicines Agency requested additional data that Telix said it couldn’t deliver within the prescribed review timeframe

im happy for you to educate me on the eu approval process but id suggest its much more complex than the way you have described it
