Following up on my earlier post, it's really worth the effort to go through slide by slide and really check out what's going on.

On the one hand there is there is the 1-2 year expectation that sales will progress from US100m to US200m per quarter (or more!) as Zircaix and Pixclara kick into gear.

For my money, TLX represents a really interesting mix of opportunities.

On the one hand there's a clear progression for the next few years: in 2024, imaging products get approved and a few trial results come out. In 2025, the new imaging products mature and we get the first results from Prostact Global. So that by itself would be enough as a company program

But it's the other stuff in the program, arguably all high-risk high-reward, that looks really interesting in the longer term.

The CAIX stuff (the various STAR- trials) looks really interesting. I'm still bemused the OPALESCENCE results didn't warrant an ASX ann. If the longish shot of targeting multiple cancer types for imaging and therapy comes off that will be spectacular.

The TLX 300 trials from soft tissue sarcoma could be interesting. Just a reminder, the non-irradiated drug was pulling US562m a quarter before it was pulled (though I would bet the FDA won't again allow the trick of putting the drug on market before full validation)

The survival rates on multiple myeloma et al for TLX 66 look really good.

Each of these programs will take a looooong time- because the First Rule Of Biotechs is that everything takes longer than you'd expect. But, in the mean time, all the shorter term stuff will be giving the company momentum anyway. But there are some major white whales out there.
