All dosings were at 70mg/kg. Why would the plasma concs not be similar? Are you saying that because this graph indicates that only E Coli is capable of being killed using 70mg/kg that none of the others are being touched? That would be quite a surprising implication as it does not make sense of the main body of claims for the drug. Something is not right in that understanding, and I would like to understand this better.
