As Elbarto suggested if the plasma concentrations were a concern they could have kept ascending, they could have done additional phase 1 trials with longer/slower dosing or a whole range of strategies. The Recce scientists are alot more knowledgeable about 327 and biochemistry then we are and chose to progress the trials; I think people should just zip up and wait.
Regarding the insinuation about integrity.
Let's not forget 'they' have alot more to lose than we do. This is a families legacy, they are heavily invested and the stock has been beaten and needs another raise soon, they have alot of incentive to make wise and decent choices.
