Im not sure RCE are being entirely upfront nor transparent. Have tried getting answers from James through email and phone calls. While R327 might be effective in UTI, the low plasma levels vs MID of eskape pathogens means challenges for 327 in sepsis indications. It was sepsis that was the original break through goal that the company was touting. Agree, silence on the H Pylori strategy is deafening.
