We are all waiting for the PSC (Production Sharing Contract) agreement between Timor Leste and CVN. That contract stipulate what the sharing arrangement between the Gov and CVN.
As to farm-out : say a prospective buyer want to buy 50% of the Buffalo and both had agreed the value of Buffalo was $150M. They hand over $75M to us and we use that money (as a 50% JV partner) to develop the Buffalo field. The buyer (new JV partner) will contribute their own $75M for their 50% working interest.
