It is a promising announcement but due to the history of the stock people are waiting for money in the Bank which is still yet to happen. Once funds start flowing SP will rise.
Isn't there some product stockpiled? Why hasn't this been sold to receive some sort of revenue?
Need to be patient it will be good just hopefully sooner than later.
