What has happened since last year (which you seem to have missed typing) is:

Phase 2 is operational and producing at design capacity
We have Xinhai on the ground fine tuning and preparing for Phase 3
We are about to order Phase 3
And we have 3 BIG customers who are ordering our product.

I for one am a happy shareholder, and look forward to retiring on this investment alone.
