    They are cashed up, have a recent soph investor with a strong track record ( who was happy to pay 2.5 cents ) and active investment from china developing a cutting edge refinery that may be a game changer on how low grade ore is refined.

    Output is increasing as well as orders.

    What specifically about NSL is making you feel " the ships going down " ?
