Yep, sell side building yet again.... but interesting to note only around $15,500 worth of shares traded today (so far) on a $55 million market cap... not what one would call panic selling but painful to watch. Last week in total around $550,000 or 1% of shares on issue... and I note the last sale of 120 shares @ A$0.011 (value $1.32) seems like BS to me..
What is the estimated cash in bank at the end of this quarter 31 December ?
SP Market Cap
A$0.011 A$55 million
A$0.010 A$50 million
A$0.009. A$45 million
A$0.008. A$40 million
Taking into account current assets and cash build where is the point Mr Market recognises the value and the SP stabilises or even recovers some positive ground? If we did nothing else but continue to bank the revenue stream for the foreseeable future eventually our cash value would exceed the market cap. Let alone Management are investing to increase the potential value of our acreage.
The whole SP (market cap) scenario and trading just doesn’t make any financial sense imo and seems illogical. I have seen start ups with no income, carrying debt with higher market caps based on blue sky....
Go figure...
