in the penny stock, start up world it's about the story.
It's about investors trying to foresee what the company will be like like in 5 or 10 years.

It's the what if that product or that service comes together what could it be.

BRK on the other is making money so that's a tick but the story isn't interesting enough.

We may or may not drill some low risk wells
We may or may not sell land and if we do who knows the real value for that land.

Said it before. The multiple off ramps that management spruik about is good but it also creates uncertainty and is not a good story.

Again this is why almost companies like BRK are private and not public.
