1. How do you know buyers haven't come knocking? You don't, just speculation.
2. Weird for you to say "big boys not interested in small fields/small production" ...just take a look at the maps...they are surrounded by much bigger players trying to drill the same fields.
3. "cost/profit ratio/risk don't balance up" ...are you more qualified than Black Mesa etc to make these assessments? Do you have a spreadsheet or anything you can share so we can see why you think this?
4. My Interactive Brokers account tells me BRK shares are available to borrow for shorting. If you feel like the MC is too high, why not short it and profit? You seem to have high conviction based on all the posts you make on this forum...
