So from seemingly interested shareholders of PPK, there seems to be confusion as to what actual court proceedings this announcement relates to.In my view, poor communication from PPK and fairly well sums up the malaise and lack of clarity, conviction and direction of PPK going forward.Hence shareprice is where it is..Damn those shorters.
