Would love to see it at 2.35+. But I certainly have my doubts, given "Matt Wiechert's response to the judgement handed down. And his 'thumbing of the nose at said judgemenr" He said, 'it's activities are protected by the First Amendment or the US Constitution'. RFM and (RFG) would be required under US law to open their books (granted discovery) The resultant discovery of their operational and financial performance would have laid bare RFM's precarious position.
