Ann: Judgment regarding Bonitas litigation, page-48

The chart I posted was NOT about the increase in share price. The chart I posted was about the decline in share price from about 6th January ....that is what I brought to the attention of the forum with a big red line under that decline (there was no guarantee though as there never is in charting, I was just using information I had available).

I have re-marked the chart above showing what else was known at that point in time. What was also known was that the time around 6th January the short volume increase by nearly 2 million units. Therefore it is not surprising that 6th Jan was resistance level at about $2 based upon the increase in short placements at that time (these are nearly 2 million more actual borrowed units placed short, not synthetics like CFD's).
