Looking forward to the court case.
I am convinced Roberts broke the law he is supposed to uphold. His judgement is already in question re the ICAC referral.
I am convinced that Metgasco was exploring for conventional gas and adequately consulted the community.
What we have just witnessed is the OCSG reviewing a decision made by themselves......it would be astonishing if they admitted error.
This mob have already made one false move in the eyes of an impartial judge. If the judge sticks to the letter of the law I can't see how he/she can fail to find in favour of MEL........unless there is something we do not yet know....which I doubt.
