I think the big problem with the stock is the IPO and couple of private rounds before were too high. When you consider the "at scale" target, I see a SP in the high $2's. At $2.1 on IPO it was way too high, fast forwarding at least 5 years of growth. I think many of the earlier backers realised it was a long game to get back there, and threw the towel.
