I wouldn't pay much heed to the 60.8m shares crossed earlier. Institutions don't have magical powers of clairvoyance.
Not saying that it should be totally ignored, but one could speculate all day as to the reasons for selling (for example - concerns over the heightened risk of recession). And unless one actually knows the reason - then it is all simply speculation.
Of course, if the SP were to drop in the future, it would be tempting to come back in here and say that the seller simply read the market better (when it could equally have just been lucky timing). But, if the SP were to rise, no one would give this trade a second thought.
Better to focus on the underlying business than second guess intentions. The numbers look decent here, so I have added this stock to my watchlist for now.
