It seemed confusing at the time as Bez had previously stated quantum had tried twice to transfer the cash from Dec and the only issue was cash had been returned due to AU account being closed. Seems this either was misleading or the cash had been spent elsewhere by the time the AU account was opened. Strange that such a big company couldn't even pay one tranche?
