There's no question they did the right thing and if that causes delays that's too bad for BEZ holders .
It has been known for sometime however that 03/2013 lease was not going to be renewed . They also give no indication that it was going to cause access issues .
Anyway it is what it is and whatever the reason I'm not going to fault them for handing that lease back .
Are you able to confirm if have they made application for any other renewals ?
