I wonder, if we find that quantum cannot produce the cash to receive the first 100000 oz gold does that mean it can be sold on market instead at full price?- maybe even used to pay back the deposit? That would be a good outcome if they can start producing from the pilot plant quickly. If quantum cant fund the deposits currently its hard to believe they will fund the remaining 85% payment?
Although i guess it may be easier to raise funds to purchase gold that is in the hand rather than in the ground.
I hope they follow proper processes in ensuring cash is deposited directly to unencumbered Australian account before releasing the actual gold. It will be interesting considering the buyers are also directors of bez??
