Aren’t the gold contracts with Quantum.
Are you saying BEZ can just sell the contracts (asset ?) to another party. Not sure I agree, but I must be mis understanding you.

Quantum certainly can onpass the contracts, either by sale or Quantum themselves being bought out.

I think, even though the contracts are worth a lot, there is also a need for deep pockets to realise the contract profit (finance to build and operate the mine).
I give Quantum some credit for their ability to obtain such lucrative gold contracts, as they certainly picked the right timing. If they realise this profit (for their clients or themselves) they will do extremely well.

However logic says that for Quantum to realise full potential of the contract they may need to put their hand into their non-existent deep pocket (or have a backer).
But I’d think that backer will want some of Quantum reward as they are taking the risk.

Huge incentive for Qantum to find big pockets, rather than having BEZ find another party, I think. It’s just that, as others agree, where is the deep pocket.
