Just my opinion and guesstimates below.
Given someone showed in an earlier post that Dato moved 40mio shares into another nominee account and that broker report also recently posted that Petra Capital selling down a heap of shares suggest to me Dato still has liquidity problems.
If my guess is almost correct then he does not have the capacity it appears to me to fund the GPA if and when BEZ calls for more money months down the track.
Another issue is if he was ever unable to provide some months down the track another monthly payment then QM is in default of the GPA. Given how hot this gold bullion market is that may allow BEZ to go and find another GPA behind Dato's one.
Also, Dato's GPA has 4 gold contract note worth something and that is an asset to QM which he could on sell to someone else to get cash if he ever needed liquidity for his business.
That is all my ifs and buts and I maybe completely on the wrong track so make up your own guestimates about what what is going on and don't reply on me.
