I know old highs is a bad indication of future SP but here is a small comparison of AZM from now and our high of 83c in November 2010.
November 2010
Share Price: $0.83
Shares: 220,946,055
MCap: $183.39 million
Cash: $10.84 mil
Resource: 1,165,000 oz gold @ average 2.0 g/t
MCap/Resource: $157.4 per oz
Gold Spot Price: USD $1,390 per ounce
October 2016
Share Price: $0.042
Shares: 582,565,957
MCap: $24.47 million
Cash: $6.01 mil
Resource: 2,063,000 oz gold @ average 1.5 g/t
MCap/Resource: $11.9 per oz
Gold Spot Price: USD $1,255 per ounce
Since Nov 2010 we have issued 361,622,902 shares increasing holdings by 163.6%.
That gives a SP of $0.31 with the same MCap of $183.39 million.
Since then our resource has increased by 77.1% but MCap has fallen to $24.47 million.
Our cash holdings have also decreased and spot price has fallen but to me this gives a good indication of potential for SP growth. From my understanding not a lot has changed over the years as AZM has focused mainly on drilling and increasing their JORC resource. There has been multiple capital raises and sales/purchases of new tenements but companies gold assets have continued to increase.
Please DYOR as this information is just from my own research and may be wrong.
Using inferred, indicated, measured and proven values of gold in the ground, I have given AZM a future price target of $0.32 with current resource and cash holdings. Defiantly one of my favourite gold stocks to hold with potential growth with any serious gold price rerate. This is all just my opinion so please DYOR
