Its interesting, because large mining companies have been prepared to take over explorers at prices less than $90/oz over the past 20 years.
$45 / oz is considered to be a value acquisition.
So, using your number of 2,063,000 oz at $45/oz valuation of gold in the ground = $92.8 million which is 3.8 x its current market cap.
Definitely a take over target at this price.
I would put a fair valuation of AZM at around $0.15c right now.
This company is undervalued at these prices IMO
