Just my opinion.
One should remember that there was a lot of speculations prior to the announcement - our SP rose from around $4 to a high of 4.90.
Its buy on speculations and sell on the news for those speculators. I am sure they will move on to the next thing after today and will be back before the next announcement, to do it again.
