If it wasn't for the 5 million allegedly for sale at $5, it's certainly feasible for prices to hit $5.30 by Friday...
Reasoning is not just based on simple maths for this specific 1.6km region of Gonneville...
It's also speculation that results may be silimar along the full 25 or 26km length on the EMs...
eg Every previous announcement like this, has lifted the price by 30 to 50 cents each time.
As rich as Gonneville is shaping up to be, it's still just the tip...
Do we compare the potential SP to Norilsk's $44AUD..?
Or simply forget Palladium, platinum, nickel, cobalt and copper for a moment to compare the gold portion to NST's highs at $16 before their recent deal to share Kalgoorlie's superpit? It may be arguably higher grade for UA, but it's also a lot smaller - if you compare their 4.6km x 1.5km to Julimar's 26km x at least 400m (conservative)...
... and none of that takes any of Chalice's other highly valuable district-wide projects into consideration...
So why wouldn't speculators be willing to pay a bit more than $5 or $6 now, rather than having to pay a double or triple the price later...?
After all, it's a speculative stock in a speculative industry.
... at least until the first JORC and the job of mining begins.
