This is a nothing announcement that says..."We're working on it, and expect the extra work we do will enhance the recoveries we achieve". To say they can achieve an "attractive" or "marketable" concentrate is only opinion untill such time as they present numbers to a smelter. We already know the recoveries are difficult and smelters that can handle any particular concetrate with that particular suite of metals will not be doing anybody favours when THEY set the price.

Your reference says nothing about the economics of extracting particular metals from specific ore grades. And in particular does not say if the stated resource of about 320 million tonnes at 0.72g Pd is economically recoverable.
